Accounts Assistant

Permanent part time position for a period of 6 months, strong possibility of full time role creation following temporary period.

Reporting to the Managing Director, your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Accounts Payable
• Invoice processing
• Resolving queries from clients and suppliers
• Accounts reconciliations
• Account Receivables
• Receipting & allocating payments
• Bank Reconciliations
• General office and administration duties
• Ad-hoc duties as requested by the manager
• MYOB experience essential min 3 years
• Sound Microsoft office suite experience
