Full Time Food & Beverage Attendants - Restaurants

To be successful, you'll need to be available Full Time / 24/7 (Rostered on 5 days a week and 2 days off)

The Role

We're currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendants to join our exceptional teams across several of our premium venues including: Nobu and Mahogany/Teak Gaming Rooms. 

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you’ll be a gracious and vibrant host, creating joyful moments through genuine care and connection. Guided by Crown’s 4Cs of Service Excellence: Be Courteous, Connect, Create and Care. 

In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as: 

• Support the team in the day-to-day operations of the venue - delivery of food and drinks, maintaining service areas and opening and closing duties 

• Deliver exceptional customer service results with guest experience and satisfaction at the forefront 

• Adhere to RSA legislation and ensure OH&S policies and guidelines are followed. 

Key Selection Criteria:

• Hold full, unrestricted working rights in Australia 

• Hold a current valid Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA) 

• Minimum 1-year previous experience in a fine dining, fast paced restaurant or bar is preferred 

• Availability to work Full Time across a rotating roster including late nights, weekends and other peak periods 

• Available to work across the Christmas and/or New Year period.

• Well-groomed with professional presentation.
