Occupational Therapist

About the role

As our Occupational Therapist, you will provide high-quality Occupational Therapy services to children and adolescents, delivering a combination of clinic-based and mobile therapy sessions across Western Sydney. You will conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and write comprehensive reports while working collaboratively within our multidisciplinary team. You will provide clinical insight, guidance, and support to the team regarding Occupational Therapy best practices, and contribute to the growth and development of our OT service and help shape future processes and programs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high-quality Occupational Therapy services to children and adolescents
• Deliver a combination of clinic-based and mobile therapy sessions across Western Sydney
• Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and write comprehensive reports
• Work collaboratively within our multidisciplinary team
• Provide clinical insight, guidance, and support to the team regarding Occupational Therapy best practices
• Contribute to the growth and development of our OT service and help shape future processes and programs

About you

• Minimum of 1–2 years of Occupational Therapy experience (essential)
• Passionate about providing family-centred, evidence-based therapy
• Excellent communication and report writing skills
• Enjoys collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
• Confident providing clinical input and supporting colleagues
• Organised, proactive, and motivated to help grow a service
• Current AHPRA registration
• Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• Arabic language skills (preferred)
