About the Role:
As a Community RN, you will provide clinical care and support to clients in their homes, working closely with individuals and their families to promote independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide holistic, person-centred nursing care in community and home-based settings
• Conduct clinical assessments and care planning
• Administer medications and wound care
• Liaise with GPs, allied health professionals, and families as needed
• Document and report on care delivered in line with organisational and legal requirements

About You:
Community or in-home care experience is highly regarded, but not essential. Most importantly, we're looking for someone with a caring nature, strong clinical judgement, and a commitment to supporting people to live well at home.

Essential Criteria:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
National Police Clearance
Unrestricted South Australian Driver’s Licence
Working with Children Check
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current First Aid and CPR certificates
Proof of mandatory vaccinations (including COVID-19 and Influenza)
