The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join us on a part-time basis (approximately 8-15 hours per week). Please note: This role requires availability for Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evenings, as well as occasional Saturday mornings.

As our valued Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, playing a crucial role in delivering a seamless, positive, and welcoming experience.

Role Overview

• Provide outstanding, empathetic customer service while managing phone and email inquiries, and coordinating multiple clinician diaries.

• Accurately process payments and invoices, and manage debtor accounts including reporting, auditing, and debt collection.

• Assist the Practice Leadership team with day-to-day operations, procedure improvements, and special projects like marketing initiatives and social events.

• Foster strong, collaborative working relationships with our clinicians to ensure seamless and coordinated client care.

• Maintain a welcoming, well-presented, and safe clinic environment, which includes routine tidying, sanitising, and equipment cleaning throughout your shift.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for an experienced, highly organised professional with a background in reception or administration, ideally within an allied health or multidisciplinary clinic setting. You must possess exceptional customer service skills and an empathetic approach, allowing you to build lasting, genuine relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who is confident with new systems, highly accurate with invoicing and accounts, and inherently solution-oriented.
