Campaign Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and career-minded individual to join our team in a dynamic sales support role. Based at our Norwood office, you will play an integral part in supporting our sales operations while also assisting with campaigns and projects across our collective of five offices. This position sits at the heart of our sales operations and is ideal for someone looking to develop a strong foundation in real estate, with the opportunity to grow and progress within the business.

The Role

Working closely with our sales team, you will be the primary engine behind our property campaigns. This is a diverse, hands-on role where you will manage the end-to-end marketing lifecycle of our listings while ensuring our office environment remains professional and welcoming. While you will be based at our Norwood office, you will also have the opportunity to support our wider five-office collective, giving you exposure to a variety of teams, campaigns and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all digital and print marketing campaigns, working closely with agents, designers and suppliers to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time.
• Liaise with and follow up with our third party suppliers, maintaining strong relationships to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients by delivering exceptional customer service and professional communication throughout the sales process.
• Provide campaign and administrative support across our five-office collective as required, collaborating with multiple teams to ensure a consistently high standard of service.
