Bids and Marketing Coordinator

AJC is growing, and we’re looking for an exceptional full-time professional to join our Bids & Marketing team as a Bids & Marketing Coordinator.

Skills and Experience

• A Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in bids and marketing, ideally within the architecture, design, or professional services sector.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and building relationships across all organisational levels.
• Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Demonstrated ability to manage tender and award submissions from start to finish.
• Familiarity with media liaison, content creation, and social media management.
• Ability to identify and leverage marketing opportunities to enhance brand presence.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in marketing and communications.

Responsibilities

• Support the Bids & Marketing Lead in delivering all bids, marketing, and graphics-related initiatives.
• Coordinate and prepare tender and award submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with requirements.
• Develop and maintain marketing collateral, presentations, and visual content aligned with AJC’s brand identity.
• Manage internal and external stakeholder communications to ensure consistent messaging.
• Liaise with media outlets and industry partners to promote AJC’s projects and achievements.
• Research market trends, competitor activities, and industry opportunities to inform marketing strategies.
• Produce written content for newsletters, publications, and digital platforms.
• Identify and implement innovative marketing opportunities to enhance AJC’s visibility and reputation.
• Maintain and update AJC’s digital presence, including website and social media channels.
• Collaborate across all levels of the organisation to ensure timely delivery of marketing and communication projects.
