We are seeking an experienced Project Lead  to lead the strategic design, procurement and delivery of a major website transformation program. This role will oversee the redevelopment of two flagship digital platforms that play a critical role in supporting the organisation’s reputation, economic development objectives, community engagement and customer experience.
This position requires a highly capable leader with extensive experience delivering complex digital transformation initiatives, managing multiple workstreams and influencing stakeholders at senior executive levels.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Program Leadership

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale website transformation program, managing scope, timelines, risks, dependencies and budget.
• Provide governance, reporting and accountability for program outcomes to Executive stakeholders.
• Develop and implement strategic solutions that balance organisational priorities, customer needs and community outcomes.
• Ensure alignment between program objectives and broader economic development, marketing and digital strategy goals.
• Drive change management and transition activities to successfully embed new platforms into business operations.

Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience leading complex digital transformation, technology or enterprise-wide programs.
• Demonstrated success managing large budgets, multiple stakeholders and cross-functional project teams.
• Strong strategic leadership capability with experience reporting to senior executives and governance bodies.
• Expertise in user-centred design, service transformation and customer experience improvement initiatives.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication and vendor management skills with the ability to influence outcomes and drive adoption.
