Dental Assistant

Location: Western Suburbs, Melbourne
Hours: Part Time – Mondays & Wednesdays, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and experienced Dental Nurse/Dental Assistant to join our welcoming team in a modern, patient-focused dental practice.

This is a part-time position working Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with the opportunity for additional shifts as required.

You will play an important role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dentists to ensure the smooth running of the practice.

·         Chairside assisting across a range of dental procedures

·         Preparing treatment rooms before and after appointments

·         Instrument cleaning, sterilisation and infection control

·         Assisting with patient care and ensuring a positive patient experience

·         General clinical duties as required

·         Minimum of 3yrs experience as a Dental Assistant within Australia is preferred

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·         Friendly, professional and compassionate manner

·         Reliable with a strong work ethic

·         High attention to detail and commitment to infection control standards

·         Experience with dental 4 web software & reception.

·         Competitive hourly rate based on experience ($32 - $40 depending on experience)

·         Consistent weekly shifts on Mondays and Wednesdays

·         Opportunity for additional hours when available
