About the role

Fidler Industrial  has an opportunity for a highly motivated supervisor.

In this role you will be required to assist in the following, 

* Coordinating and managing  team members on maintenance outages across a number of sites in the Bowen Basin.

* Demonstrating a commitment to safety and provide leadership in this area to Fidler Industrial work Groups

* Building  and maintain relationships with clients 

* Attending client meetings to provide assistance/input in up and coming maintenance events as required

* Actively manage individual performance of team members

Skills and experience

* Demonstrated Leadership skills 

* S1 S2 S3 and G2

* Trade Qualification -  highly regarded 

*  Previous experience supervising on a QLD Minesite.

* Sound computer Skills 

* Sound Knowledge of Draglines and Rope Shovels
