Junior Insolvency & Restructuring / Commercial Litigation Lawyer

Are you looking for your next exciting challenging role, working within our team of experienced and well-regarded insolvency & restructuring and commercial lawyers, providing advice and legal representation on complex insolvency and litigation matters?

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our Insolvency & Restructuring team of specialist litigation lawyers providing quality advice and legal representation for our clients.

You will be working across both specialised insolvency & restructuring advice work and litigation, as well as commercial litigation work, including regularly representing clients in Court, including the Federal Court and Federal Circuit Court, the Supreme Court, and other State courts and tribunals. 

To be considered for this role, you will be an enthusiastic lawyer keen to make a difference and wish to increase your skills and experience. Pre-admission litigation experience will be looked on favourably.

The successful applicant will be a hard worker, willing to be helpful, works well in both a team environment and individually. You will have strong technical abilities and client relationship skills with an excellent attention to detail.
