At Air-Met Scientific, we do more than provide equipment, we enable safer workplaces and protect the environment. Every rental we deliver supports customers doing vital work across Australia. As part of our Rental Team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring they have the right tools, right on time.

About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a proactive, organised, and customer-focused Rental Coordinator. Reporting to the Rental Team Leader, you’ll be the friendly face (and voice) behind our rental operations. You’ll handle everything from client enquiries and contract management to dispatch coordination and stock control, all while delivering the standout customer service Air-Met is known for.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional service to internal and external customers

• Preparing rental quotes and contracts accurately and promptly

• Managing logistics, dispatch, and return of rental equipment

• Coordinating equipment calibration and maintenance

• Supporting customers with technical product knowledge and training

• Keeping rental data, stock records, and inventory accurate and up-to-date

• Collaborating across departments to improve workflows and outcomes

About You

• You have a passion for the environment and / or monitoring equipment

• You’re customer-first: positive, empathetic, and professional

• You’re highly organised and love ticking things off the list

• You’re curious and keen to learn, especially about technical equipment

• You communicate clearly and work well in a team

• You take ownership and pride in the quality and timeliness of your work

• You embrace diversity, value wellbeing, and strive to go over and above

• You have an interest in Science or Engineering
