Are you an experienced Registered Nurse ready to take the next step into clinical leadership?
Right at Home Gold Coast North is seeking a passionate Care Manager Registered Nurse to lead clinical excellence across our growing community care services.
This is more than a clinical role. You’ll combine your nursing expertise with leadership, mentoring, care management and service development, making a meaningful difference to clients, families and our care teams.

About You
You’ll be an experienced Registered Nurse with:
* Current AHPRA registration* Experience in aged care, community, disability or acute care* Strong clinical assessment, care planning and documentation skills* Advanced wound care experience* Leadership, mentoring and education experience* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills* Understanding of community care and Home Care Packages* Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
