Despatch General (Warehouse)

Position Overview

We’re looking for a reliable Despatch Team Member to join our team. You’ll help ensure goods are packed, loaded, and despatched on time and accurately. If you like working in a fast-paced environment and want to be part of a great team, we’d love to hear from you!

What you will do

• Picking and packing orders safely and accurately.

• Loading and unloading trucks, sorting, and stacking materials.

• Completing paperwork and data entry for consigning goods.

• Double-checking labels and consignment details.

• Performing cycle stock counts

• Ensuring the facility is clean and tidy

What we require

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to pitch in where needed.

• High attention to detail to minimize despatch errors and ensure accurate orders.

• Comfortable with basic computer tasks and checking system-generated reports.

• Forklift license (LF) is required; high reach experience is a plus.

• Ability to perform manual handling tasks, including lifting, bending, packing, and standing for extended periods.

• Flexibility to work overtime and Saturdays when required to meet customer demands.

• Available to work the afternoon shift Monday to Friday, 5 days per week.
