Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack)

Key Responsibilities:Full-Stack Development: Build scalable, high-performance applications from the ground up. You'll be involved in both frontend and backend development, ensuring a seamless, secure, and engaging user experience.Infrastructure Management: Use AWS services such as ECS, Lambda, and others for cloud resource management, ensuring high availability and resilience.Data Integration: Implement stream processing and vector embeddings for cloud resources to ensure a smooth data flow and processing pipeline.Security: Implement secure, scalable solutions and ensure that the platform adheres to best security practices.Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and designers to create high-quality, user-centric products. Contribute to a collaborative team environment, from design to deployment.Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for improvement, whether it's in performance, scalability, security, or developer experience, and take ownership of implementing solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:Full-Stack Development:Proficiency with Javascript and React.js for building modern, dynamic web applications.Proficiency with building microservices using Golang, Java or similar. Knowledge with Kafka or other message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, NATS) for real-time data streaming.Experience with API design using RESTful conventions (gRPC and Protobuf is a plus)Experience with Relational and NoSQL databases (Graph and Vector and databases is a plus)
Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps:Solid understanding of AWS services and best practices. Familiarity with similar cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, Azure) is a plus.Experience with CloudFormation for infrastructure as code, or experience with Terraform.Experience working with Docker for containerization.Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools like BuildKite, CircleCI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience working in early-stage startups or building new platforms from scratch.Background in handling large-scale data and integrating advanced security insights into a platform.Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures.Experience with AI agents, MCP, agent orchestration frameworks or workflow engines.Understanding of AI security, evaluation techniques and productionising LLM applications.
