Reach Stack Operator

Pearl Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Reach Stacker Operator for a temporary position with the opportunity to move into permanent full-time employment. This position is with a well-established logistics and industrial services organisation based in Bibra Lake.


These positions will see you working within a fast-paced operational environment supporting large-scale warehousing, container handling, and logistics operations. The business is known for its strong safety culture, structured operations, and long-term employment opportunities

• Rate: $41.24 p/hr + Super 
• Position: Temp to Permanent (Opportunity)
• Location: Bibra Lake, WA
• Hours: Monday – Friday

It provides exposure to diverse operational duties across automated systems and container handling operations, with opportunities to take on leadership responsibilities within the team.


Working in a fast-paced industrial environment, you will be responsible for supporting daily operational activities across automated processing and container handling while maintaining high standards of safety and productivity. 

Key Responsibilities

• Operating fully automated core line operations
• Operating fully automatic dump press equipment (TriPak)
• Operating container handling equipment rated greater than 20,000kg
• Operating Reach Stacker to move and stack containers
• Operating sortation machinery and associated equipment
• Assisting with team supervision, inductions, and on-the-job training
• Supporting day-to-day operational performance and workflow coordination
• Maintaining safe work practices and following operational procedures at all times
• Supporting warehouse and yard operations as required

Requirements

• Previous experience within warehouse, logistics, transport, container handling, or industrial operations
• Current Reach Stacker Licence/Ticket with demonstrated operating experience
• Experience operating Reach Stackers, or similar heavy mobile plant (20T+)
• Experience handling shipping containers within busy operational environments
• Strong understanding of workplace health and safety procedures
• Ability to work within a fast-paced operational environment
• Reliable work ethic and strong communication skills
• Experience with team leadership, training, or supervision highly regarded
• Full Australian working rights
