Make a difference in patient care as a Weekend Pharmacist at Nepean Hospital. Join a collaborative patient care team, delivering clinical pharmacy services that enhance medication safety and support best practice therapeutics across the patient journey.
In this role, you will ensure medication accuracy at transitions of care, including admission, inpatient treatment and discharge, while building strong links with community pharmacists and general practitioners. You will also provide after-hours and on-call pharmacy services and participate in rostered afternoon shifts.
