Maintenance Fitter

We are seeking a qualified Maintenance Fitter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing plant equipment, conducting preventative and breakdown maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to maximise equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

While maintenance will be your primary focus, you will also assist with operating production machinery as required to support production activities and business needs.

Shift Options:

• Fixed afternoon shift: 8hr shifts, Monday to Friday
• Pay Details: $50p/hr + shift loading + overtime

• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on production machinery and equipment
• Diagnose mechanical faults and implement effective solutions
• Operate production machines and equipment when required
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
• Collaborate with production teams to minimise disruptions and improve efficiency

• Trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter (Certificate III or equivalent)
• Must have experience working in Beverage Can Manufacturing 
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
