Fresh Point Co. Cafe is looking for full-time Chef to join our friendly team.

The Role:
.Plan menus
.Budget Control
.train other kitchen staff and apprentices
.preparing and cooking food
.excellent service and great quality food whilst maintaining consistency
.high customer service standards
.health and safety awareness / focus
.maintenance of correct stock levels
.proactive nature in preparation for service
.active contribution to a reliable, yet progressive team, that are on a journey together

This role involves working rotating shifts weekdays and weekends. All Candidates are required to be fully available during the operational hours of the restaurant.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Ideal Candidate:

• Cert iii , iv and Diploma in Hospitality
• at least 1 years experience
• previous experience from within a busy environment
• ability to work well under pressure and in fast paced environment
• a proven track record of performance with strong organisational skills and strong attention to details for production and presentation
• a high level of communication
• a strong desire to expand your knowledge and constantly improve your skill set

It is essential that you can be flexible to work split shifts, nights, public holidays & weekends.

Fresh Point Co. Café provides quality meat dishes and fresh local seafood and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The offered salary is between $67,500 to $75,000 depending on experience and skills of the candidates.
