Project Manager
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale residential projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the project.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.Manage and mentor a team of project professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience managing projects from $100 million upwards.Minimum of 7 years industry experience on large scale construction projectsStrong understanding of construction methodologies, scheduling, and budgeting.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to problem-solve and make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with relevant construction software and project management tools.
