About the role
Business Services team (ITaLI).

Full-time, Permanent with Base salary in the range of $79,096 - $83,863 + 17% super (HEW Level 4).
Based at our Vibrant St Lucia Campus.
We are seeking an experienced, organised and customer-focused Administration Assistant to support the effective and efficient operation of the Institute for Teaching and Learning Innovation.
As a key member of the team, you'll contribute to the efficient operation of the Institute by coordinating office activities, supporting financial processes and providing high-quality administrative support across a diverse range of stakeholders and initiatives.
Key responsibilities will include:
Acting as the first point of contact for staff, visitors and stakeholders, delivering professional administrative support.
Coordinating day-to-day office operations, including facilities, records management, shared inboxes and workplace logistics.
Supporting procurement and financial administration activities, including purchasing, payments and reconciliations.
Organising and coordinating meetings, events, travel, onboarding activities and hospitality requirements.
Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, responding to enquiries and ensuring a high standard of customer service.
About You
Completion of a Certificate IV or Diploma with relevant work experience; a Certificate III with extensive relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of experience and education/training.
Demonstrated experience providing high-quality administrative support in a busy and customer-focused environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and professional administrative support.
High level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, MS Teams and other business systems.
Strong organisational, time management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
