eCommerce Delivery Manager

We’re looking for another eCommerce Delivery Manager to join our team.

In this role, you willOwn the end-to-end delivery for 8–14 high-value Shopify Plus clients. Set clarity for our clients by planning projects, running great meetings & empowering them to understand and manage their store and content.Manage budgets for clients through the lens of providing the highest strategic impact for them within their budget.

This role will suit you ifYou describe yourself as a people person. Jumping on a call energises you. You have a high working knowledge of Shopify (or another eCommerce platform)You are obsessed with your craft or special interest area (people with backgrounds in UX, podcasting & other niche interests thrive here)You aren’t intimidated by saying ‘no’, ‘not yet’, ‘could we try this instead?’You have worked in an environment like an agency before, where planning & batching work together helpts to keep you on track.

This role might not be a fit for you if You get overwhelmed by a busy inbox You want to clock in at 9 and sign out at 5. Prosper's team work increaibly hard, with members across multiple time zones. You will often find us working together into the evening - grabbing a bev & discussing what is next during a big push.You want to own every part of your role. This role is reliant on you trusting & coordinating with our team. It can be challenging if you prefer to be the owner of outcomes based on your own effort. Using AI is intimidating or just not your jam.
