About the role

This full-time Auto Accessory Fitter role at XTS 4X4, based in Caloundra, Queensland offers an exciting opportunity to join a thriving Tray & Canopy business. You will be responsible for providing expert mechanical services and accessory installations to a range of 4x4 vehicles, ensuring top-notch performance and customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

• Installing and customising a wide range of 4x4 accessories, such as trays & canopies, lift kits, bull bars, and suspension upgrades

• Installing 12V electrical systems

• Maintaining detailed records of all work completed and parts used

• Providing exceptional customer service and advice to clients

• Ensuring the workshop and tools are well-organised and maintained

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Automotive Accessory Fitter or Mechanic

• Auto Electrical or Mechanic qualification highly regarded but not essential

• Proficiency in the installation and customisation of a wide range of 4x4 accessories

• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality workmanship

• A valid driver's licence
