⏰ Hours: Monday to Friday | 9:30am – 2:30pm
💼 Employment Type: Part-Time

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to enter or build a career within the insurance & financial services industry, with training provided.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing support, handling enquiries, and assisting with insurance-related requests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound customer enquiries and leads

• Prepare and provide insurance quotes

• Assist with policy changes and amendments

• Respond to customer queries in a professional and timely manner

• Conduct follow-ups with clients

• Follow up on outstanding payments

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience in customer service or call center environments (preferred)

• Strong communication and telephone skills

• Good computer skills and attention to detail

• A positive, can-do attitude

• A willingness to learn and grow within the industry

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
