What You’ll Be Doing:

• Picking & Packing – Process and dispatch customer orders with accuracy.

• Loading & Unloading Trucks – Use forklifts and manual handling techniques to move stock efficiently.

• Stock Management – Undertake cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.

• Safety & Organisation – Keep the warehouse safe, clean, and running smoothly.

• Using Technology – Work with our ERP system for inventory and dispatch tasks.

• Teamwork & Support – Provide backup cover for the Warehouse Team Leader when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Warehouse experience – You know your way around a warehouse and understand its fast-moving nature.

• Forklift Licence (LF) – Essential for loading and unloading stock.

• Strong communication skills – Ability to follow instructions and work well with the team.

• High attention to detail – Accuracy is key in picking and dispatching orders.

• Proactive mindset – You take initiative, solve problems, and keep things running smoothly.

• Basic computer skills – Experience with ERP systems is a bonus but not required.
