Marshall’s Quality Meats is looking for an experienced Butcher to join our established team at our busy Langwarrin shop.

We’re after someone who knows their way around a butcher shop, takes pride in their work and can confidently work as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.

This is a full-time position with a roster that includes a combination of weekday and weekend hours.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Cutting, trimming and preparing a wide range of meat products

• Preparing display-ready products to a high standard

• Maintaining attractive, well-stocked displays

• Serving and assisting customers when required

• Maintaining excellent food safety and cleanliness standards

• General butcher shop duties

• Working efficiently as part of an experienced team

We’d love to hear from you if you are:

• A qualified butcher OR an experienced butcher with strong practical skills

• Confident with meat preparation, cutting and presentation

• Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently

• Comfortable working in a busy retail environment

• Friendly and professional with customers

• Able to work a roster that includes weekdays and weekends

• Someone who takes genuine pride in producing quality work
