Coles Merchandiser

Join our Coles Relay Team (CRT) on an ongoing, casual basis. You will be responsible for completing various merchandising tasks such as relays/planograms, point of sale set-up, pricing and ticketing.

About The Role

Territory: CHULLORA and surrounds

Hours: Average of 17 hours per week based on business needs (no guaranteed minimum hrs)

Availability: Monday to Friday availability is essential

Key Responsibilities

Developing strong relationships with Grocery personnel Creating and maintaining quality relays/planograms in storesPricing and ticketing complianceAbility to work autonomously and as part of a teamSubmit accurate reporting and upload quality photos via smartphoneSafely performing the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.

Successful candidate will have:

Previous experience in Planogram/layouts in grocery/retail environment is highly desirable Strong friendly communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail Experience working within the Coles Group is highly regarded (not essential) Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role
