Plant Operator (Dump Truck)

Synergie is seeking a Plant Operator Dump Truck for an industry-leading waste management company located in Kemps Creek.

The important parts:

Shift: Day shift – Monday to Friday
Hours: 7 AM – 3:30pm to 6pm, working hours are dependent on daily workload (Min 8-Max 10hrs). Occasional Saturdays 6am – 2pm
Pay rate: $43.39 per hour
Start Date: Immediate start available – long-term opportunity!

What you will be required to do: 

• Operating 40 Tonne Dump truck.
• Maintain a professional image and deliver high quality customer service at all times.
• Work safely and in accordance with the site rules at all times.
• Report safety incidents and hazards immediately.
• Take ownership of works including the quality of sites haul roads & drainage.
• Operate vehicles and equipment in accordance with training, instructions or operating procedures.

To be successful in the role you will:

• Have a valid Driver License
• Have experience operating a dump truck in either the waste or civil industry - Desirable 
• Qualifications in operating a variety of mobile plant and equipment - Desirable 
• Be committed to following all safety protocols
• Be able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Have full working rights in Australia
• Have access to reliable transport to get to site
