About the Role
The Student Engagement & Retention Coordinator plays an important role in supporting student success and retention across the University. Working within the Performance and Reporting, Student Equity team, you will identify and address barriers to student engagement, deliver targeted interventions for at-risk students, and connect students with services and resources that support their academic journey. Through collaboration with academic and professional staff, you will contribute to a whole-of-institution approach to improving student outcomes and persistence.

About the Team
This position sits within the Dean of Students Division in the Portfolio of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Vice-President (Education). The role is part of the Performance and Reporting, Student Equity team, working closely with students, academic staff and professional services teams across the University. The team is dedicated to creating supportive pathways that enhance student engagement, success and retention.
