Warehouse Team Leader

Reporting to the Senior Manager as the Warehouse Team Leader, you’ll manage the daily operations of our busy our Rowville Warehouse– ensuring accuracy, safety, and productivity every step of the way.

You’ll lead a small, dedicated team, coordinate with internal departments, and keep everything running like clockwork. This is an on the ground role where you can get your hands dirty working directly with the team!

• Lead by example to train, and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a great team environment

• Oversee and get your hands dirty by working daily within the team to ensure the Dispatch function operates correctly

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace

• Communicate effectively with managers, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow

• Ensure all procedures are followed correctly

• Current Forklift Licence and Driver’s Licence (essential)

• Strong communication, and time management skills

• Solid understanding of warehouse safety, logistics, and manual handling

• Knowledgeable and experience within Stock rotation, cycle counts etc

• Warehouse experience (essential)

• Intermediate computer skills and a knack for organization and problem-solving
