About the role

In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee day-to-day nursing operations, mentor nursing staff, and collaborate closely with our veterinary team to deliver exceptional animal care.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and lead the daily work of nursing staff and assistants.

• Monitor performance, conduct evaluations, and support the ongoing professional development and training of nursing staff.

• Prepare staff rosters, manage shift coverage, and coordinate daily staffing requirements to ensure optimal clinic operations.

• Work in close coordination with veterinarians, allied health professionals, and other healthcare staff to streamline patient care plans.

• Monitor, maintain, and audit stock levels for medications, surgical consumables, and medical supplies.

About you

• Relevant qualification in Veterinary Nursing (Cert IV or higher)

• Proven experience in a clinical environment with demonstrated leadership potential or supervisory experience.

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin/Chinese is highly preferred to effectively communicate with our diverse client base.

• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
