As an Occupational Therapist, you'll play an important role in helping people participate in the activities that matter most to them. From supporting recovery and independence to working alongside multidisciplinary colleagues, you'll contribute to better health outcomes and stronger communities across a diverse range of clinical settings.

Every day, you'll contribute by:

• Delivering person-centred occupational therapy services that improve function, independence and wellbeing.
• Partnering with clients, families and healthcare professionals to achieve coordinated and meaningful outcomes.
• Contributing to quality improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery and patient experiences.
• Supporting learning and capability through mentoring, supervision and knowledge-sharing with colleagues and students.

You're a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist who enjoys working with people from all walks of life. You bring sound clinical judgement, a collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for helping others achieve greater independence and confidence. Whether you're supporting a client through recovery, contributing fresh ideas or working with a multidisciplinary team, you'll find purpose in making a meaningful difference every day.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia.
• Contemporary clinical knowledge and a commitment to evidence-informed practice.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage a varied workload while contributing to service improvement and team success.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in rural or generalist practice and/or a strong interest in professional development, supervision and clinical education.
