In this Associate SB Onboarding role you will:

Support the onboarding of customers, a must win battle for NAB.Complete the onboarding and managing of customers who have applied through nab.com.auProactively resolving queries at the first point of contact and ensuring every touchpoint adds valueEmbrace change early, recognising its potential to improve processes and deliver better outcomes for both the business and our customersContribute to team performance by managing shared workflows, maintaining service levels, and supporting portfolio activity during banker absences

What You'll Bring

Banking/financial services experienceUnderstanding of onboarding end to end process and workflow and management.Experience with risk and compliance obligations.Strong customer service skillsExcellent written and communication skillsProactive attitude
