  Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Supportive and friendly team environment Opportunity to develop your cooking skills Opportunity to grow with an established restaurant brand   Task & responsibilities Prepare and cook Indian dishes according to Tikka Take Act recipes and standards Prepare ingredients and maintain an organised kitchen Ensure food quality, presentation and consistency Follow food safety and hygiene requirements Work effectively as part of a kitchen team Maintain a clean and safe work environment Assist with stock control and kitchen preparation Qualification & experience Certificate 4 in kitchen Management and Diploma of Hospitality Management Previous proven 1 to 3 years of experience as a Cook  Good knowledge of Indian Cuisine and cooking techniques Strong attention to food quality and hygiene Ability to work under pressure during busy periods
