Location: Corporate Centre in Sandringham, with the flexibility to work from home

About the Role:
Provide support in the effective management of Council’s property portfolio, including the leasing and licensing of property to maximise community and organisational outcomes. Support the Acquisition and Disposal Business Partner in the delivery of property transactions in accordance with Council policies, procedures and legislative requirements.
Ensure occupancy arrangements are effectively managed through appropriate systems, processes and stakeholder relationships. Undertake and implement property-related projects and initiatives as directed by the Acquisition and Disposal Business Partner and Property Coordinator.
