We're looking for an experienced and customer-focused Operations Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month parental leave contract, based at our Eagle Farm branch. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering outstanding service while coordinating equipment, logistics and operational activities.

You'll enjoy variety in your role including:

• Coordinating end-to-end mobilisation of shutdown crews, including onboarding, approvals and site compliance
• Managing medicals, training, inductions and compliance documentation to ensure workforce readiness
• Coordinating travel, accommodation, transport and site access requirements
• Scheduling and coordinating hire equipment, logistics and customer requirements
• Providing exceptional customer service and advice on equipment solutions
• Raising and managing purchase orders, invoices, timesheets and related administration
• Maintaining workforce and operational data, reporting and compliance records
• Supporting contract delivery through document control and administrative coordination
• Assisting with equipment servicing schedules, audits and HSEQ requirements
• Building strong customer relationships while maintaining a Safety First culture at all times.

What you’ll bring to the role

• Experience within the equipment hire, construction, industrial or related industry
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to coordinate equipment, logistics and operational activities in a busy environment
• Sound administrative and organisational skills with strong attention to detail
• Hands-on knowledge of small plant equipment and general mechanical aptitude
• An understanding of major construction projects and site requirements
• Ability to work collaboratively with customers, contractors and internal teams
• A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
• Commitment to safety and compliance in everything you do
