BFX Furniture is looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Development Associate to join our high-performing Sales team and build a successful career in education furniture sales.

Internally known as Solutions Support, this is far more than a traditional office-based support role. We’re looking for someone who enjoys being out in the field, building relationships, identifying opportunities, and generating new business.

Whether you’re currently a Territory Manager, Sales Representative, Membership Consultant, Field Sales Representative, or Account Manager, this role offers a genuine pathway into a Sales & Project Consultant position.

Working alongside experienced Sales & Project Consultants, you’ll receive hands-on mentoring, develop your commercial sales and product knowledge, and build your own network across schools and educational facilities throughout North Brisbane. This is an exciting opportunity to learn the business, grow your career, and become a future sales leader within BFX.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build relationships with schools, education facilities and key stakeholders.
• Support Sales & Project Consultants in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Conduct site visits and customer meetings throughout your territory.
• Prospect new customers through networking, referrals, cold calling and face-to-face engagement.
• Assist customers with product solutions and furniture enquiries.
• Coordinate quotations, project documentation and sales activities.
• Maintain accurate customer records within the CRM system.
• Contribute to business growth through proactive opportunity generation and account development.
• Develop a strong understanding of education furniture solutions and project sales.

You’ll bring:

• Previous experience in sales, account management, customer engagement or business development.
• Confidence approaching new customers and building relationships.
• A proactive, self-motivated mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working towards sales or performance targets.
• CRM and Microsoft Office experience.
• A current driver’s licence.
• Ability to obtain a Working With Children Check.
