Automotive Store Manager - Canberra

As Automotive Store Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall performance and daily operations of a busy service and repair store.

Your focus will include:

• Managing day-to-day store operations and workflow

• Driving sales growth and profitability

• Leading, mentoring, and developing your team

• Monitoring KPIs, budgets, and performance targets

• Maintaining inventory control and stock accuracy

• Delivering outstanding customer experiences

• Ensuring safety, quality, and operational standards are met

This role could be the ideal next step if you have:

• Experience within automotive service or repair environments

• Leadership or team coordination skills

• Understanding of workshop workflow and customer service delivery

• Results-driven mindset

• Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment

• Certificate III in Light Vehicle Automotive (preferred but not essential)

• Valid Australian Driver Licence
