Administration Officer

Soltech Solutions is offering a great opportunity for a motivated Admin Officer to start immediately,  to support the growth of the company in the successful delivery of solar battery systems across NSW

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process invoices in line with company systems.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions, communications, and deliveries.

• Provide general administrative support to the team, including data entry, scheduling, and managing customer inquiries.

• Assist with the management of the operations team to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Handle phone and email correspondence professionally and efficiently.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in all administrative tasks.

Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally in a related industry (solar, construction, or energy).

• Strong knowledge with accounting or invoicing software (e.g., Xero, MYOB).

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with suppliers and clients in a professional manner.

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or equivalent software.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge or experience in the solar or renewable energy industry.
