Team members are encouraged to take pride in their work, maintain safety standards, and contribute to a positive, respectful workplace culture.Role Description The Qualified Landscaper will be responsible for day-to-day landscaping and garden maintenance tasks, including lawn mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, weeding, and general garden care. Duties also include maintaining irrigation systems, spreading mulch and fertilizers, and ensuring all outdoor areas are clean, safe, and well-presented. The role involves operating and maintaining landscaping tools and machinery, following safety guidelines, and working both independently and as part of a team to meet project timelines. This is a full-time, on-site role based in South East Delhi, requiring regular outdoor work in varying weather conditions and occasional interaction with clients to understand and meet their expectations.Qualifications Practical experience in landscaping, gardening, or grounds maintenance, including lawn care, planting, pruning, and general garden upkeep.Ability to safely operate and maintain common landscaping tools and equipment (e.g., lawn mowers, trimmers, hedge cutters, blowers).Knowledge of basic horticulture practices, plant care, soil types, and seasonal maintenance routines.Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to follow work schedules and instructions.Good physical fitness and stamina, with the ability to perform manual outdoor work for extended periods.Commitment to safety practices and proper use of personal protective equipment.Reliable, punctual, and able to work collaboratively with a diverse team and communicate respectfully with clients.Previous experience in a similar role and any relevant vocational training or certification in landscaping or horticulture is an advantage.
