FIFO Sous Chef

• $117,092.26 + Super + Annual $10,000 Chef Bonus (Total Packages)

Assist to coordinate our remote catering Teams to deliver consistent, high quality food service whilst maintaining and building a strong and collaborative safety culture. Enjoy consistent work-life balance on a 14:7 Fly-In-Fly-Out roster.

Who are we looking for?

Looking for passionate Sous Chef’s with a drive for leadership and excellent customer service. To be successful, you’ll need:

• Certificate III or IV Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification)

• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate within 5yrs of validity

• First Aid and CPR Certificate

• Previous experience in mass-catering environments is essential (volume cooking)

• Previous FIFO Chef or Sous Chef experience is highly desired but not essential

• Excellent knowledge of HACCP

• Australian Citizenship or full working rights in Australia

• You will be required to obtain a National Police Check, should you not have one dated within the last 6 months
