As Senior Manager Customer Monitoring & Assessment, you will influence how Tabcorp identifies, understands and responds to customer risk across retail and digital channels. This role exists at the intersection of financial crime, customer protection and business performance, giving you the opportunity to lead meaningful change, guide critical risk decisions and strengthen capability across the enterprise.

Your role

Reporting to the Head of Financial Crime Operations & Technology, you’ll lead customer monitoring and assessment functions while guiding strategic risk decisions, capability uplift and operational performance across a sizable team. Specifically, you will:

• Lead customer monitoring and risk assessment across channels
• Guide complex customer risk decisions and governance outcomes
• Develop high-performing leaders and specialist financial crime teams
• Deliver intelligence, insights and emerging risk trend reporting
• Partner across risk, data and technology functions
• Drive monitoring capability, analytics and artificial intelligence uplift

What you'll need to succeed

You are a collaborative and commercially aware leader who brings strong financial crime expertise and sound judgement. You enjoy navigating complexity, influencing stakeholders and developing people. You’ll therefore possess:

• Experience in financial crime, investigations or risk environments
• Proven ability to lead teams through change and growth
• Strong capability in customer risk assessment and decision-making
• Ability to influence senior leaders and governance forums
• Strong analytical thinking supported by data and insights
• Knowledge of anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism obligations
