The Role
As Coordinator Ministerial Services, you will be part of a fast paced and dedicated team at the heart of the department’s Ministerial operations within the Office of the Director General. You will lead, coordinate and monitor the timely preparation and delivery of high-quality Ministerial and Parliamentary correspondence, including, briefing notes, Cabinet submissions and Parliamentary questions, ensuring adherence to protocols, governance, and quality standards.
Coordinating responses to ministerial and parliamentary requests.Providing strategic advice on ministerial and parliamentary processes and protocols.Advising senior staff on and ensuring compliance with communication protocols between our Department, Ministers and members of Parliament.Liaising with other government departments and stakeholders.Coordinating and maintaining strong communication channels.
