A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Asset Manager to join our friendly close-knit team, and manage a diverse portfolio of office, retail, and industrial properties in the Southwest region.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about commercial property, enjoys building strong client relationships, and takes pride in delivering high-quality property management services.

Duties include

• Manage a diverse commercial property portfolio of approximately 80–100 properties.

• Oversee all aspects of property management including lease administration, tenancy schedules, rent reviews, and lease renewals.

• Manage property financials including monthly reporting, budgets, outgoings recoveries, audits, and reconciliations.

• Review and process creditor invoices and accounts payable.

• Monitor and actively manage rental arrears.

• Conduct regular property inspections.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, tenants, and key stakeholders.

• Provide proactive advice and exceptional service to clients.

About You

You will have proven experience in commercial property management and the ability to manage a portfolio independently. You will be organised, detail-focused, and confident managing financials, compliance, and stakeholder relationships.

A current WA Real Estate Registration and experience using Cirrus8 will be highly regarded. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to contribute to a supportive team culture are essential.
