Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and understand the inventory management system.

• Undertake Toyota’s best in industry training to best prepare yourself for the Automotive industry. 

• Assist in the identification and organization of spare parts.

• Provide excellent customer service, assisting clients with their parts inquiries.

• Collaborate with the parts team to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment.

• Learn about the latest automotive technologies and stay updated on product knowledge.

• Provide support to the busy Service Department reception area

Qualifications:

• Enthusiastic about cars and the automotive industry.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

• Basic computer skills.
