This is a hybrid position based either in our Melbourne Yarra Falls location. Maintain and update the securityholder register with precisionReview and process securityholder requests using our bespoke software systemOrganise and manage correspondence between Computershare and securityholdersAction requests in line with Australian laws, ASIC regulations, company policies, and client requirementsLearn and deliver on specialised processes such as Deceased Estates, Off Market Transfers, and Bankrupt EstatesHandle general maintenance tasks including changes to names, addresses, payment information, and tax detailsEnsure all actions are completed accurately and within required timeframes
