About the service
headspace in partnership with Mind aims to promote and facilitate improvements in the mental health, social wellbeing and economic participation of young people aged 12-25 years residing in the Eastern Region of Melbourne. Services in this youth friendly space are delivered across four core streams - physical and sexual health, mental health, alcohol and other drugs (AOD), and educational and vocational services to improve access for young people to mental health programs as well as ensuring better co-ordination between service providers.
About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated, compassionate Intake and Brief Intervention Practitioner for a Permanent, Part-time opportunity to work in the Box Hill area. Working within a multi-disciplinary team, you will undertake brief intervention, provide referrals and care coordination for young people and their families using strength-based, recovery-focused approaches.
