Job Description

We are seeking energetic and reliable Food & Beverage Attendants to join our Restaurant & Banquets teams on a casual basis. This role focuses on delivering high-quality service across conferences, functions and banquets, while also supporting our restaurant and bar outlets during service periods.

You will play a key role in creating smooth, professional and memorable guest experiences across both large-scale events and day-to-day dining service.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver professional food and beverage service across conferences, banquets, restaurant and bar outlets
• Assist with event set-up, pack-down and restaurant preparation as required
• Serve food and beverages efficiently during functions, events and dining service
• Ensure service areas are well presented, stocked and organised at all times
• Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, friendly service across all outlets
• Work closely with kitchen and events teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Maintain cleanliness and uphold high presentation standards throughout service

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional and guest-focused attitude
• Previous hospitality or events experience (highly regarded)
• Confidence working in both restaurant and banquet environments
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends and public holidays
