Bartender

Award winning Nu Nu Restaurant, located in Palm Cove, is looking for an experienced Bartender to join our team.

This long-term, full time role will require you to work afternoons and evenings overseeing the restaurant bar and assisting in the busy front of house operation as required.  We are seeking a team player with extensive bar tending experience including;

• Excellent cocktail making skills gained from working in a busy restaurant or bar

• Barista skills

• Wine knowledge

• Stock control and ordering

• Able to work evening shifts and weekends

• A la carte service skills

• Carrying 3 plates

• Greeting guests

• Sharing knowledge of food and wine

• Use a POS system

• Handling money

• Be a team player

• Keep a clean and tidy work area

• Hold a current nationally recognised RSA

This is a very fast paced position and the successful applicant must be highly organised and able to multi task. Due to operating hours your own transport is necessary.
