Digital Business AnalystHybrid

Support the delivery and continuous improvement of customer-facing mobile and web products. This role is ideal for a customer-focused analyst who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can translate complex needs into clear, actionable requirements.

Analytics and Insights

• Using analytics, UX research and business intelligence tools, such as Adobe Analytics, Elevio, Voice of Customer survey data and any others, evaluate and monitor the performance of the app against channel KPIs.
• Report on channel performance to business and delivery teams.

Prerequisite

1. 5+ years’ experience delivering customer and business requirements for end-to-end digital products, including native iOS/Android mobile applications and mobile-responsive web platforms, with proven ability to work across both channels in fast-paced agile environments.
2. Experience working to support the identification, clarification and documentation of customer and business requirements for digital products.
3. Experience and knowledge of APIs and ability to use tools to mirror requests and responses, e.g. SOAP UI, Charles.
4. Experience or exposure to online customer self-service products.
5. Experience working with various tools to identify, clarify and document customer requirements, notably Jira and Confluence.
6. Sufficient technical understanding to converse fluently with developers and testers to describe product requirements and expectations.
7. Experience working within agile development methodologies and project management disciplines.
8. Advanced facilitation and workshop skills, involving participants from senior management to business users.
9. Ability to work and make decisions quickly, and deliver to deadline, without sacrificing quality and attention to detail, or lose sight of the big picture.
10. Expert communicator with strong presentation, consultation and stakeholder management skills.
11. Advanced problem solving and analytical skills.
12. Excellent communication skills, written, including report writing, and verbal, and highly advanced influencing and stakeholder management experience.
13. High tolerance for ambiguity and an ability to clarify such situations.

Preferred

• Experienced working with multiple analytics and Business Intelligence tools such as Adobe Analytics, Elevio, InMoment (Voice of Customer reporting) and Tableau.
• Experience using and analysing the output of different User Experience (UX) testing platforms to test digital designs and features.
